Here's a fruitcake for your Christmas enjoyment

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad thought something was missing in the Christmas celebrations taking place in Britain. So, in his infinite wisdom (and towering hubris), he decided to give an "alternate" Christmas message to the one given traditionally by the Queen.All I can say is - it's a humdinger. He asks that we listen to all of God's prophets and their call for "the worship of God, for love and brotherhood, for the establishment of justice and for love in human society."Lots of lovin' there. Of course, when his buddies in Hezb'allah launch a missile into a town and kill a baby or two, or when they blow themselves up killing a lot of moms and dads, I suppose that's a kind of love also; a love of violence and death in order to overcome a hated enemy and "wipe Israel off the map" as this follower of Christian values delighted in saying a couple of years ago.This then, is the world according to a fruitcake: The crises in society, the family,...(Read Full Post)
