At The Guardian, Representative Mike Honda – a seven-term congressman representing the 17th district of California and a member of the House Appropriations Committee, the Safe Climate Caucus, and the Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition – has co-authored an article about how "we can't let climate change turn droughts, flash floods and mudslides into the new normal." The first sentence of Rep.
