“Great nations need organizing principles – and ‘Don’t do stupid stuff’ is not an organizing principle.”  So said former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton in an interview with The Atlantic.  So why is she doing stupid things?  The Washington Post called her “blunt” criticism of the Obama administration “surprising.” Well, it’s certainly not surprising to anyone who has followed her career.  Don’t forget: she made her debut as a Wellesley College senior.  She bluntly told off Massachusetts Sen. Edward M. Brooke.  Sen. Brooke, a liberal Republican, was the first black man elected to the Senate since Reconstruction.  As such, and in recognition of his own massive personal dignity, Sen.
