Credo in Unam Nationem, Sub Deo

'We have one country, one Constitution... and no limit to the greatness of America,' said George W. Bush.  Not a bad start to begin his second term, by reciting the creed of his decisive majority on Tuesday. This election was about the triumph of self—reliant minds asserting their shared beliefs about how this nation shall be defined at home and how it will behave abroad. This election revealed, once more, that the vast majority of Americans are smart, clear headed and unaffected by the self—anointed arbiters of values and priorities. Let us recite the creed in its entirety: I believe in one nation, under God, indivisible, with freedom and justice for all. I believe in the Constitution of the United States, a nation of laws not men. I believe in the greatness of America, having no limit to what it may achieve.
