Just 2 percent of Chicagoans surveyed said they strongly approve of the mayor's job performance, with 12 percent somewhat approving and 5 percent leaning that way.


New polling data shows that Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's approval rating has tanked and even basic support for the mayor is running on life support.

As some in the national media speculate over a Rahm run at the Presidency in 2016, his own city seems to be sending a symbolic dead fish as his midterm report card.
