Then there was Jerry Nadler, who appeared to crop-dust Nancy Pelosi and an aide with something worse than just a sound—she stepped up to a lectern while he waddled away, conspicuously shuffling as though he were trying not to spill something from his underpants:

And of course, there’s Joe Biden, who has been accused of this on multiple occasions; the rumors of a “bathroom emergency” at the Vatican which required a change of clothes, and the very credible reports that he let out a “long” and “loud” sound in Camilla Parker Bowles’s presence.
