There's 'vetting' and then there's blather
And these are just the newly vetted gems; who knows what other similarly important unvetted incidents are hidden in Ms. Palin's past that will negatively affect her ability to serve. OMG!
A son and a brother of Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.) are accused in two lawsuits of defrauding a former business partner and an investor of millions of dollars in a hedge fund deal that went sour, court records show.
The Democratic vice presidential candidate's son Hunter, 38, and brother James, 59, assert instead that their former partner defrauded them by misrepresenting his experience in the hedge fund industry and recommending that they hire a lawyer with felony convictions.
The legal actions have been playing out in New York State Supreme Court since 2007, and they focus on Hunter and James Biden's involvement in Paradigm Companies LLC, a hedge fund group. Hunter Biden, a Washington lobbyist, briefly served as president of the firm.
Could it be because, with a slight exception to a lobbyist son, this unvetted information is not that important?
And just where were the we need vetting blah, blah, blahers when vetting was really needed? Biden and plagiarism? Basically not mentioned, basically not vetted. After all, in this case 20 years ago is prehistory.
And of course, Obama and his radical terrorist associates/friends, that dynamic duo of Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn? Reverend Jeremiah Wright? How dare you think this is important and in need of vetting you racist the commentators blah, blahed.
Yes, vetting blah, blahers, unless it affects the candidate, leave the family out of it. Vet the candidate on the important issues; the candidate's voting record would be a good start. Candidate accomplishments as opposed to airy dreams--wow, what a vetting topic for the hot air blah, blah folks.
