Justice Kagan: Not Sure 'I Would've Been President Obama's Nominee if I Weren't a Woman'

During a talk before law students at the University of Tennessee Law School, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan made a number of claims, including the seemingly offhand admission that she isn't sure she'd be on the Supreme Court if she weren't a woman.
