The Philadelphia Daily News
reports that Philip Berg's lawsuit to compel the production of the Obama birth certificate has been dismissed by U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick .
Berg is appealing the decision.
If anyone can show me where Obama has been asked to prove he is a "natural born citizen" of the United States and done so, I would be grateful. So far as I know, no official body has received such proof in the form of an officially generated and certified Hawaiian certificate of live birth. Please use the comments section.
