points out that the late Michael Debakey, one of the 20th century's most famous medical pioneers, ended up in the United States courtesy of jihad in his family's native Lebanon. The information can actually be found in the
New York Times obituary, but sems to have occassioned little notice or comment. His Christian family was driven out by jihad (in Punditarian's words) "Before the Iraq War. Before the election of President George W. Bush. Before the establishment of the State of Israel."
