Chavez loses big on Security Council bid

Our friends at Vcrisis.com do some well—deserved crowing about Hugo Chavez's defeat in his bid for a seat on the UN Security Council. Wasting Venezuela's money on payoffs while poverft still afflicts his own people, he was still unable to defeat Guatemala.

I count as another big winner John Bolton, our UN Ambassador, whom the Democrats and a few misguided Republican senators have stupidly failed to confirm in his recess appointment.
