Ted Cruz, fighting for headlines to give his campaign for president a boost, decided to one up Donald Trump's, who has been sucking the air out of the GOP presidential nomination race in recent days. Cruz, defying decorum and Senate traditions, hurled a personal insult at Majority Leader Mtich McConnell, calling him a liar.
