Texas State Senate candidate files complaint against Navigators

The James O'Keefe Navigator videotapes are attracting attention in the state where they were filmed. The two O'Keefe tapes released to date, with more promised, recorded Navigators working for organizations under contract to the Department of Health and Human Services in the Dallas and Irving and in Houston, Fort Worth and Luring, Texas. A candidate for the Texas State Senate has filed a complaint against the Navigators with a state agency concerning with overseeing the insurance industry in Texas.
