Obama gets his NCAA brackets filled out in time but is six weeks late with a budget

I guess it's a matter of priorities.

Associated Press:

President Barack Obama is picking Florida, Indiana, Louisville, Ohio State to reach the Final Four.

President Obama filled out an NCAA tournament bracket for ESPN for the fifth straight year. On the women's side, he selected Baylor, California, UConn and Notre Dame to advance to New Orleans.

ESPN will reveal his full men's and women's brackets Wednesday morning.

Indiana and Louisville are each No. 1 seeds. Ohio State is a No. 2 seed and Florida is a No. 3 seed

Baylor, UConn and Notre Dame are all No. 1 seeds and California is a No. 2 seed.

Meanwhile, the president has been procrastinating about delivering a budget to the Hill. One reason could be that 4 of his last 5 budgets haven't received a single vote from Democrats or Republicans. Another reason is that there are far more important things to do, like ratchet up fear over the sequester and take GOP Senators to dinner. Then there was the party planning for the St. Patrick's day bash at the White House that demanded the president's personal touch, I'm sure.

We plebes just don't understand how much time it takes to be president. There are only 6 hours in the day to get all this done and sometimes, stuff slips through the cracks.

So let's have a little understanding for the tough job it is to be president and how well Obama performs considering all the circumstances.
