Gov. Christie gives Mitt a Halloween trick, not a treat

Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ) seems to be doing more to hurt Governor Romney's chances to become President than helping him.  First, there was Governor Christie's Keynote Address at the Republican Convention.  As someone who was there, it was obvious he did not do what he was supposed to, enthusiastically rally the troops.  In fact, it was just the opposite:  the delegates were sitting on their hands and the Keynote Address seemed to be more about him than about Romney.  Now, with the election one week away Christie threw Romney under the bus by praising the President repeatedly on the talk show circuit.  For example, he stated, "I want to thank the President personally for all his assistance as we recover from the storm."  Then there was this statement, on the "Morning Joe" show, "The president has been all over this, and he deserves great credit.
