A year and a half after the AT headline...
The phrase of the day, drawn from Mitt Romney's landmark foreign policy speech today at Virginia Military Institute, is "Hope is not a strategy." Drudge, as usual, has his antennae tuned into the resonance it has: In April, 2011, Ed Timperlake wrote an AT article with exactly that title: Hope is not a Strategy.
