Why doesn't the president want the American people to know what happened in Libya?
It's getting pretty ridiculous. It's been more than two weeks and both the White House and State Department have remained silent over the circumstances surrounding the death of Ambassador Stevens and 3 other Americans at the consulate in Benghazi. Mitt Romney has noticed too: In an interview with Carl Cameron of FOX News today, Mitt Romney and his running mate Paul Ryan implied that President Barack Obama is attempting to cover up the details of what happened during the assault on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. "I think they want to do their very best to keep the people of America from understanding exactly what happened. We expect candor, we expect transparency, particularly, as it relates to terrorism," Romney said. "Why is he (Obama) not on the same page with his own administration officials who are saying that this is a terrorist attack?
