Or is this maybe just another "white Hispanic" or something. Lots of journalists, of course, like to keep a perp's race out of a story -- in cases where the perp is black or Hispanic. However, this seems to be a first -- describing an obviously black or Hispanic guy as white. Or maybe it's a white guy with a really dark tan.....
