May 9, 2011 Osama Bin Laden's strategy sounds familiarWait just a minute, captured documents reveal that Osama Bin Laden wanted to use race and class warfare to weaken America? Isn't that what the Democratic Party has been doing for the past half century? ABC News reports:
For some reason Jeremiah Wright's post 9-11 "God damn America" sermon springs to mind. OBL must have been heartened by the election of Barack Obama, which looks suspiciously like the crowning achievement of his strategy. Still, it would be wrong to view the race-baiting and class warfare tactics of the left as an outgrowth of some grand al Qaeda strategy. The revelation of OBL's strategy brought quick condemnation from Al Sharpton.
Gee Al, I thought that the Tawana Brawley hoax was the "absolute height of cynicism." Of course Sharpton's attack on Freddy's Fashion Mart went way beyond cynicism and took a lethal turn. Michelle Malkin relates the story.
Maybe it's just me, but isn't ABC News' decision to interview Al Sharpton about the OBL race and class warfare strategy the "absolute height of cynicism?" Of course without the full cooperation of the MSM the race-baiting and class warfare policies of the left would never have gathered steam, let alone been allowed to flourish and shape national policy. In fairness, we shouldn't hold Sharpton accountable for things he did such a long time ago because most of us grow and mellow over time. Let's see how much Al has mellowed by checking out this clip from his National Action Network convention this past April. Ooooops! To quote another famous Al (Gore) "A leopard can't change his stripes." |
