Obama's mesmerizing speech puts Biden to sleep

Obama must be losing his touch. During his speech on the budget, his own Vice President appeared to nod off.

Right in the middle of the day. Perhaps Biden should take some vacation time. Or maybe he needs to listen to something exciting like a funeral dirge.
