Costs of various "climate change" technology projects under the ARRA stimulus in 2009:

Weatherization assistance:  $5.0 billion.

"Green Buildings":  $4.5 billion

Electricity delivery and energy reliability:  $4.2 billion

Fossil fuels:  $3.2 billion

Total:  $35.2 billion
