State's outstanding long term debt:  $25.4 billion

Growth of that debt since 2001:  200.9%

Unfunded liabilities of the state's retirement systems:  $52.4 billion

Inflation-adjusted General Funds revenue decline from 2001 to 2009:  5.1%
