Appearing on Morning Joe on MSNBC, retiring Senator Evan Bayh averred that under no circumstances would he run for president in 2012. Responding a request for a "Shermanesque" denial of interest in running for the presidency, he responded affirmatively that he would not run.
Of course, Bayh supported Hillary Clinton for president in 2008. Some suggest that a Clinton/Bayh challenge to Obama/Biden is a possibility, as the Democrat implosion continues. Hat tip: Lona Manning
