Total US Federal Debt as of June 2009:  $11.545 trillion.

Owed to Social Security, Medicare, etc. trusts:  $4.369 trillion (38%).

Owed to the Fed:  $0.657 trillion (6%).

Owed to foreigners:  $3.384 trillion (29%).

Owed to US private investors:  $3.135 trillion (27%).
