Dept. of Education cuts questionable link

Richard Henry Lee
A controversial link to the Progressive States Network at the US Department of Education website is now missing. AT earlier reported that the Obama Administration had a link to the far left Progressive States Network on the Department of Education website as a resource for States wanting to maximize their Stimulus grants. Now, that link is gone, perhaps because the President or one of his minions noticed our story and decided that such a link was inappropriate since it mixes politics with policy.

The original Department of Eduction website link is preserved in Google Cache here. And the now cleansed site is here.

American Thinker has many other helpful suggestions for the still young administration. No doubt the youthful President will heed our sage advice and move the country in a more centrist direction.

We are forever hopeful, at least.
