Bizarre Pelosi claim that $100 million for contraception will 'stimulate' the economy

Nancy Pelosi started it. She's the one who opened the door to all the double entendres you can come up with by actually making the bizarre claim that spending $100 million for contraceptives is good for the economy because it will reduce the "burden" on state governments.Pelosi on ABC's "This Week" (courtesy of Drudge):STEPHANOPOULOS: Hundreds of millions of dollars to expand family planning services. How is that stimulus? PELOSI: Well, the family planning services reduce cost. They reduce cost. The states are in terrible fiscal budget crises now and part of what we do for children's health, education and some of those elements are to help the states meet their financial needs.
