The Court of Appeals in New York has upheld the eviction of Bianca Jagger , a foreigner who visits the U.S. on a tourist visa, from the 20 year tenancy of a rent stabilized apartment on the upper east side of New York city. She claimed it as her primary residence without having a residence visa.
Of course, this is not her only residence. When not rescuing the world she also resides in an apartment in London. |
