Lt Col Allen West, an African American Republican candidate for Congress in Florida's 22d Congressional District, must be gaining on Democrat Ron Klein.
Allen West told me he thinks he must be gaining on his opponent Ron Klein if Huff Po is taking time to try to raise funds for Ron Klein who started out with $2 million in campaign funds.
