Speaking of federally-guaranteed debt...

Ernest Nosworthy points out that the TVA, our FDR-era experiment in socialism, may soon need its debt ceiling expanded. Under private management, he thinks the utility could be a winner. As long as we are restructuring the federal government's role in the economy, maybe it is time to sell off some federal assets.
