May 03, 2008 Have you given to American Thinker yet?Day three of our fundraising appeal and we have been overwhelmed by the support we have received from our readers and our friends on the internet. Just today, Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit lent a hand to our fundraising efforts. Other blogs helping to get the word out include The Moderate Voice, Stop the ACLU, and AT Contributor Bookworm on her own blog to name a few. Lucianne Goldberg was also kind enough to highlight our fundraising project on the front page of her site Lucianne.Com. As you can see, American Thinker's high standards and thoughtful, incisively written articles appeals to a diverse spectrum of opinion. We have worked very hard to establish ourselves as an important voice for conservatisim with a reputation for integrity and honesty. In this, we believe we have succeeded judging by the comments of our readers and the fact that we have established a high profile with the mainstream media and other strong conservative voices like Rush Limbaugh and Dennis Miller. In the words of our founder and Editor in Chief Tom Lifson: If the sensibility AT brings to you daily is of value, please consider a donation to enable us to continue our work. Because we reserve the right to be partisan, we do not qualify for tax exempt nonprofit organization status. We made the decision early on that speaking our minds is more important than any tax benefit could be. Regrettably, your donation to American Thinker will not be tax deductible. Donations by cash or check can be sent to: Won't you please show your support and give generously today? |
