May 08, 2008 AT: Only the Beginning (a poem)Through Rush I discovered a bright new resource. The American Thinker it was, of course. I ventured a poetic offering, daring only to hope That someone might read it. I sealed the envelope. Or was it email? Whatever! it alters not my story. I heard from Thomas Lifson! I was covered in glory! My fingers flew on the keyboard. I was in a dream. Thomas had welcomed me to the team! Now a veteran of AT poetry and parody, I view his endeavors with ever more clarity. He and his editors countless hours amass Producing a website that shines with class. American Thinker deserves every tribute and rave. It raises all standards. Long may it wave! Let’s make sure not to interrupt this marvelous flow. With the support of us all may it continue to grow!
