Hillary's change of staff

I hardly think it is a coincidence that Hillary replaced her white female campaign manager with a black female. Hillary is getting trounced by Obama among black Democratic primary voters, and surely believes that she must attract back some of those voters to win the nomination. In the Democratic Party, which places identities above policies, this means increasing the number of prominent black faces in her campaign.
