Your taxpayer dollars at work

Buried within the folds of the New York Times, this news:
"development money for North Korea had also been used to purchase 'dual use' equipment, which has both civilian and military applications, including mass spectrometers, sophisticated global positioning systems and advanced computer hardware."
UN money to North Korea went toward developing nuclear weapons technology. Tell me again why anyone thinks the UN is a force for good.
