Sean Penn, who used to make good movies, and Barbara Lee, Congresswoman from Berkeley, addressed a "teach in" today at the Grand Lake Theatre, an old movie palace in Oakland. Penn was unable to summon rhetorical power beyond "Take this war and shove it," but the crowd lapped it up.
