Our friend John Rosenthal of Transatlantic Intelligencer has noticed that the Department of Homeland Security has just issued a waiver to permit Khaled Al-Masri to obtain a visa and enter the United States. The State Department had previosuly denied him a visa based on "terrorist activities." German authorities have identified him as a follower of bin Laden.
What on earth is going on?
