Source of our problem

The Wall Street Journal has an excellent editorial today on our small military budget. The key line is the following:

"More than half of the fiscal 2006 budget deficit of 1.9% of GDP can thus be attributed solely to this [Administration's] rebuilding of American defenses after the Clinton drawdown."
