Origins of the Iraqi Insurgency

A piece under this title by the indispensible Laurie Mylroie with her translator Ayan Rahim is on today's spectator.org. It does lead one to daydream what the CIA might accomplish if it ever decided to support the mission of the United States in Iraq.  But I guess it is hard to squeeze that in between meals with Washington columnists.
