April 20, 2006 Brad Stine: Conservative Christian ComedianHuman Events bring us an interview with conservative comedian Brad Stine, who also happens to be a committed Christian. I have long held that humor is among the most potent political weapons, and that conservatives must come to dominate comedy as much as we dominate the serious discussion of political ideas, if we are ever to reclaim the culture. The interview is done in a serious tone, but nevertheless Brad's comedic wit is highly evident throughout.
He seems like a man to watch, and I plan on checking out his two books and comedy albums. It is gratifying that Brad mentions American Thinker as partof his regular reading. I only hope thatBrad begins offering his comedy for download over the Internet, via for—pay podcasts. I suspect that there is a vast market for timely and topical comedic commentary of the sort Brad produces. Hat tip: Ed Lasky Thomas Lifson 4 20 06 |
