NYT and WaPo subject to criminal prosecution

Scott Johnson of Powerline sets forth the law on criminal prosecution for publishers who print classified information and concludes the New York Times and Washington Post are, indeed, subject to it. Co—blogger John Hinderaker thinks that the NYT miscalculated, thinking the President lacked the political will to enforce the law. It's worth a read.
