Two Media Guys: Fair and Balanced?

First Guy:

I want to become a reporter

To write the news of the day.

I want to tell our stories

In a fair and balanced way.

I see an America strong and safe.

I see Americans free.

I watch young men and women

Fighting for the guys like me.

I want to tell the Home Front

What the Front Lines really see.

I want to become a reporter

But no one will hire me.

Second Guy:

I want to become a reporter

To save the world and the USA.

I have an agenda, indeed I do.

I intend to have my say.

That War is wrong I truly believe.

Good intentions and words are the way

To reach out to those who hate us

And let them have their say.

I think we can learn from their wisdom.

We should look at ourselves with chagrin.

A newspaper column's no problem for me

The offers are pouring in.
