So Arafat has finally died, right on schedule, at the end of Ramadan. Alas he did not die as he lived, for unlike his hundreds of thousands of victims he died in a hospital with the best medical care France could provide. And now, do his carefully selected virgins——male and/or female——await him in his own form of heaven?
